What's included in the $950 build? +

The build includes up to 6 custom pages, mobile-first design, click-to-call, contact form, local SEO setup including schema markup and Google Maps, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Google Reviews integration. You own the site outright — there are no ongoing platform or subscription fees for the build itself.

How do payments work? +

50% upfront to begin the project, 50% on final delivery before handover. We accept bank transfer and card. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month after sign-up.

How long does the build take? +

Most builds are live within 2–3 weeks. The timeline begins once we have your initial payment and a discovery call completed. Delays in receiving content or approvals may affect delivery — we'll always flag this in advance.

Do I need a monthly plan? +

No — the build is completely standalone. The monthly plans are optional and you can add one at any point, whether at launch or months later. The site is yours regardless.

What platform will my site be built on? +

We build custom sites — not on Squarespace, Wix, or any other subscription platform. You own the code and aren't paying anyone a monthly platform fee. We'll walk you through hosting on your discovery call; typically typically under $15/month direct with a provider.

Can I cancel a monthly plan? +

Yes, any time. There's no minimum contract. Give us 30 days written notice and we'll wrap up cleanly. Any automation or tools we've set up for you will be handed over or documented so nothing is lost.

What if I need more than 6 pages? +

Additional pages beyond 6 are priced at a flat rate per page — we'll quote you upfront before starting. Most trade and local business sites sit comfortably within 6 pages. If you have a larger or more complex requirement, book a free call and we'll scope it properly.

What's the difference between Foundation and Pro? +

Foundation covers hosting, maintenance, the live chat widget, pipeline management app, and a monthly report. Pro adds the two automation tools that directly protect and build your reputation: smart review automation (filters who gets sent a Google review request so only satisfied customers are asked) and missed call text back (automatically texts anyone who calls and doesn't get answered, within seconds).
